Undertake audits on the customer’s contract management systems and processes identifying shortfalls, issues and how they can be enhanced / improved upon. Review operations and provide advice for improvement.
Tenders
Review / assess / provide guidance and advice to customer regarding new contracts and tenders. Contract strategy planning and contracting models. Supervise / coordinate the tender process for client companies including the review of tender packs and tender evaluations through to advising on negotiation strategies. Potential inclusions and how those inclusions should be responded to, achieving an optimum result. Assess tender submissions qualitatively and quantitatively and provide assistance during the tendering process.

Analysis of customer data, manipulation of data to obtain costings, performance detail etc. Identification of waste areas and where opportunity exists to improve the operating model, reducing costs and improving efficiency / productivity. Presentation of the Contract Basics Awareness Training course. Suitable for all levels of personnel dealing with contracts within both contractor and client companies. Content includes: what is a contract, why and when contracts are put in place, contract terminology, tender negotiation tips, running a contract, responsibilities of individuals under a contract and examples of clause wording / the implications of that wording and how it can be improved.
Mentoring and Coaching
Provision of support and advice to the customer regarding matters around potential expectations and requirements a company may / should have of its contractors and managing those expectations and requirements from the contractor’s side. Bridging the gap between Company and Contractor.
